Welcome KIM, Yes good to have the EC represented here and I hope you can convince some of your Thai colleagues to follow the example of our infamous rogue colleague, Rasid and join us as well. (He's actually one of the most progressive minded Headmasters I've met in Malaysia!)
We always hear and read the native English speakers' ponts of view on cultural and educational issues in Asia but I know from experience that we can learn more of the truth and reality from Asian educators.
We're just getting started so suggestions and help from anyone is very welcome. I lack the technical skills to 'beef up' the site so help in that department is especially welcome.
